You can purchase your items online and pick them up at our partner's shop (Singapore only), or ship them directly to your doorstep. Shipping fee is calculated based on the total weight of your order and the mode of shipment. We use the best carriers in the business to make sure your order gets to you on time. From the Secure Checkout page you'll see your item description, price and shipping estimate. Where available, you can also choose a faster delivery method (eg. FedEx) for your order at an additional fee. Delivery times vary according to your selected mode of shipment and your country of residence.
Delays in International Shipments
COVID-19 outbreak has severely impacted international movement of people and goods as countries implement additional border controls and restrictions on international travel. As a result, airlines have drastically reduced international services, leading to a significant reduction in air freight capacity and frequency to all international destinations. All shipments to overseas will result in delay from the usual transit time. Your patience is appreciated. Take care and stay protected.
Transit and delivery by International Registered Airmail and USPS 1st Class International Mail is estimated 8-45 business days and is subjected to customs clearance and destination country postal delivery frequency.
If the postal service in your country is suspended due to the corona virus (COVID-19) situation, all packages will be placed on hold at the respective transit points until the postal services resume operation. We are unable to advise further on this situation as it is affecting globally.
If you prefer to receive your package more promptly, you can opt for FedEx IP shipping option (2-7 business days for transit and delivery). However delivery is also dependent on your country logistic situation and whether it is affected by the coronavirus (COVID-19) situation.
